How to Book an Appointment

You can book your treatment at ADC through the following methods:

  1. WhatsApp Chat
    • Send a message to 0821-3014-4778 to schedule your appointment.
    • Our team will respond as soon as possible, typically during operational hours.
  2. Telephone
  3. Walk-In
    • Visit our clinic at Jl. Ir. H. Juanda No. 88, Bandung. Please note that walk-in appointments are subject to availability.

Operational Hours:

Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 20:00

Saturday, 09:00 - 18:00

(Responses may be slower outside these hours.)


Important Information
  • Thank you for your patience! We try to get through everyone’s messages but during high volume days we might miss you. To ensure timely assistance, we recommend messaging "0" if you haven’t received a response within 24 hours.
  • ADC uses a system where chat conversations automatically close if not responded to within 24 hours. If this happens, simply send a new message to reopen the chat.

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling
  1. Deadline:
    • Cancellations or reschedules must be made no later than 18:00 (6 PM) on the day before your appointment (H-1).
  2. Missed Confirmations:
    • If no confirmation or cancellation is received by the deadline, the appointment will be automatically canceled and forfeited.
  3. Rebooking:
    • Clients whose appointments are canceled or missed will need to book a new appointment.
  4. Late Arrivals:
    • If a client arrives 15 minutes late, ADC reserves the right to give the time slot to another client.


Reminders
  • ADC will send reminders via WhatsApp 3 days (H-3) and 1 day (H-1) before your appointment. Please confirm your attendance by responding to the reminder messages before 18:00 (6 PM).
  • Unconfirmed appointments may be canceled to accommodate other clients.
